This exciting, fast-paced athletics competition sees teams competing across both track and field events.

Teams are made up of a minimum of 9 boys AND 9 girls with a maximum team size of 15 boys AND 15 girls.

Each athlete is able to participate in a maximum of 2 track AND 2 field events.

The first place team from each qualifier will automatically gain a place in the final with other teams being selected at the end of the week of qualifiers.
